Helping You Find Clarity, Connection and Lasting Change

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, addiction, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to face it alone.

I offer a warm, compassionate and confidential space where we can explore your experiences together. My approach is collaborative, non-judgemental and tailored to your individual needs, helping you better understand yourself, develop practical coping strategies and move towards meaningful, lasting change.

A Little About Me

Hello, I'm Jamie.

I'm an Integrative Therapist, suicide prevention specialist, trainer and consultant based in Belfast, working with individuals and organisations across the UK and Ireland.

For more than 15 years I've supported people experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief and suicide distress, while also helping organisations develop safer, more compassionate approaches to mental health and suicide prevention.

My work combines clinical understanding with practical experience, ensuring that whether I'm working one-to-one with a therapy client or advising a national organisation, my approach is always grounded, collaborative and person-centred.
